JUWEL AQUARIUMS, AQUAMEDIC AQUARIUMS AND RED SEA MAX AQUARIUMS.

These are delivered via a pallet delivery company.

Delivery is normally on either a Wednesday or a Friday.

Delivery is normally within 7 working days, but please allow 2-3 extra days before contacting us as from time to time a supplier may have a slight delay in getting a order to us.

The delivery company will contact you to book in a suitable delivery day.

Due to the fragile nature of aquariums, once the delivery of these goods has been accepted and signed for, no claims for damage or breakage will be considered.

You are therefore advised to check the aquarium prior to signing delivery acceptance and the driver leaving. This is normally done quite quickly by cutting the top open and looking inside the tank, checking the packaging for any obvious external damage.

If, by chance, you have received damaged goods, you must refuse to accept the goods at the point of delivery.

Please Note

The delivery charge paid by us covers delivery to your door or the closest safe place within your front door. The delivery charge does not include 'up the stairs' or 'in the lounge' or installation and setup in any way.

This item is delivered by pallet, please ensure there are at least two people to receive the delivery, as the aquarium and cabinet need to be manually handled into your house.

Please note that acceptance of the order takes place on delivery, at which point the purchase contract is made.

VIVO AQUARIUMS, NANO CUBE AQUARIUMS AND BIORB AQUARIUMS.

These aquariums are delivered by City-Link.

Delivery of these aquariums is normally within 2-3 working days from the day after you placed your order.

In most cases delivery of these aquariums is even quicker, but please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding a aquarium not arriving with you.

FIJI LIVING ROCK.

Fiji living rock is shipped out for next day delivery (Tues-Fri). Orders that have been placed before 11Am will be delivered the following day (Tues-Fri).

Orders placed after 11am will be packed and sent out the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be packed and sent out on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

There is the option of a Saturday delivery, the cost is £20.00 for this service.

ARCADIA METAL HALIDE LIGHTING AND OVERTANK LUMINARES.

Most are held in stock at our warehouse for delivery within 2-3 working days, from time to time we may run short on a unit, in which case it will be sent direct from the suppliers.

If this is the case it may take an extra 2-3 working days for a delivery to arrive with you.

TUNZE PRODUCTS.

These are all ordered direct from Germany, delivery of these is normally within 10-14 working days. Once these arrive with us we always send the items out on a next day delivery service (Mon-Fri).

DELTEC AND GIESEMANN PRODUCTS.

The MCE 300, MC 500, and the MCE 600 are all held in stock, delivery of these is normally within 2-3 working days from the day after ordering.

Most of the larger Deltec Skimmers along with Giesemann Metal Halide Lighting are special order.

Delivery of these is normally 10-14 working days. (Sometimes much quicker).

BLAU PRODUCTS.

As main agents we hold massive stocks of these products. Delivery is normally 2-3 working days from the day after placing a order.

EXTERNAL FILTERS, PROTEIN SKIMMERS AND UV STERALISERS.

Most of these are held in stock, delivery of these is normally within 2-3 working days.

The majority of these tend to arrive the next working day.

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding non delivery of one of these items.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS.

If you need to change a delivery address after placing an order with us please contact us IMMEDIATELY. As
once an order has been dispatched we can NOT change the delivery address without incurring a handling charge from our courriers.

This charge is £9.95 and would need to be paid if the goods have already left our depot.

Orders placed after 11Am on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. (Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday).
