1.0 Who we are.

Payments are processed through WorldPay's Secure Server System.
1.1 Contract A choice of delivery time is available on the site at the time of purchase. Most goods are sent via courier and can be with you in 2-3 working days. Small items can be sent via Royal Mail - 1st class- and delivery time can be variable.
1.2 Accuracy of information 1st4Aquatics makes every effort to ensure that all information on its site is up to date and current. However, 1st4Aquatics does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice except that 1st4Aquatics will notify you of any change in price after the placing of your order giving you the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the new price.
1.3 Pricing All prices are inclusive of VAT (17.5%) where applicable.
1.4 Delivery times and costs We will attempt to ensure that all orders placed with us by 12noon G.M.T. are dispatched the same day, however, certain items may require longer to process.
There is no Saturday delivery, so a "next day" delivery placed on Friday will arrive on Monday.
1.5 Goods out of stock We will notify you when a product is not available and you will have the opportunity to either cancel your order or carry on waiting.
1.6 Returns If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for a credit or refund less a administration fee of £9.95. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be held by us until you pay the cost of return carriage. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
1st4Aquatics reserves the right to repair or replace any damaged item at its discretion. 1st4Aquatics denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in despatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of an express delivery not arriving on time, your extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving any third party and would advise that no arrangements be made until you are in receipt of your order.
Products should be returned with a copy of the receipt to:1st4Aquatics , 23 Westham Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8NU, and the payment card used to purchase the goods will receive a refund within 30 working days.
1.7 Privacy To complete your order we need to collect some personal information such as your name and address. This is only used to complete your order, but may also be used by ourselves to promote our own products and services in the future.
1st4Aquatics does not sell or trade any of your personal details to third parties.
Non identifiable data may be used for analysis by ourselves or other third parties to improve the quality of our service.
1.8 Complaints Procedure 1st4Aquatics will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days of receipt. If you would like to lodge a complaint concerning 1st4Aquatics please e-mail us at complaint@1st4aquatics.com
1.9 Restocking If in the event a delivery is refused or automaticly returned to us after two automatic delivery attemps have been made a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the product before a refund is applied.
If before the product has been returned to us you require a third delivery attempt to be made it will be chargable.
Livestock orders that have been refused or undeliverable will also have the 25% restocking fee taken before any deductions for death of livestock.
2.0 Law The purchase of any goods from this web site is governed by English Law. By accepting these terms and conditions you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
